Required Documents

These are the items required from you:

  1. Domestic Worker Information: Overseas contact number and address
  2. Employer Information: Copy of your Hong Kong Identity Card
  3. Proof of Address (any one of the following, valid within the last 3 months):
    • Water or electricity bill
    • Landline phone or gas bill
    • Rates bill, tenancy agreement, or cable TV bill
  4. Proof of Income:
    • Fixed deposit (HKD 350,000 for 3 months)
    • Or recent 3-month bank statements/passbook showing monthly income ≥ HKD 15,000
    • Or latest tax assessment showing annual salary ≥ HKD 180,000
  5. Family Member Details: Name, year of birth, HKID number, and relationship to the employer
  6. Existing/Past Helper Details: Name, HKID number, and work visa expiry date
  7. Housing Department Consent (for public housing residents): Copy of tenancy agreement
